The Team:
The BlueLabs Government Analytics practice is at the forefront of revolutionizing the ways that citizens use and learn about government services. Our team specializes in creating personalized nudges that empower people with the information they need to take action and make informed choices. We work closely with internal government innovation groups and build on the analytics informed feedback loops pioneered in e-commerce, advocacy, politics, and consumer finance.
The Project:
Our work focuses on identifying strategies to apply data and analytics techniques to ensure Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) continuously improves its employee and contractor experience for the 6000 employees and 26,000 contactors. This work has taken particular urgency during the COVID-19 crisis, as personnel are simultaneously personally impacted by and critical to the response to the pandemic. Who you are:
While people analytics can be abstract, providing analysis of people and processes so those individuals remain happy, safe, and effective, the impacts are far from it. You are a visionary in translating large-scale business needs into specific technical tasks – and your enthusiasm for cutting through noise and focusing technical teams towards large-scale real-world problems is infectious. You may or may not have previous people analytics experience, but you understand the role of strong operations in ensuring success during critical moments. You are comfortable working across the spectrum from strategic to tactical – everything from helping your colleagues in government envision how they can respond to long term trends in technology workforce availability to negotiating the specific data elements your team will receive.

In order to be qualified for this position you must currently have or be able to obtain and maintain a public trust security clearance, which requires either US Citizenship or 3 years of US residency.
The salary for this role is $105,000+ annually.
