The Role:
Project Managers are instrumental members of BlueLabs, functioning at the intersection of clients and internal management. They gain exposure to all parts of our process, from collecting and organizing data, to analyzing trends and predicting outcomes, and working with clients to understand how these insights can be used to improve program efficiency. Project Managers are able to work both as part of a team and independently, completing projects in a fast-paced environment, error-free, and on short deadlines. BlueLabs is seeking a Project Manager who can lead the planning and development of project deliverables, execute timelines, think innovatively and critically to adapt to a diverse array of projects, and communicate progress effectively with internal leadership and external clients,
What you'll do:
Plan, lead, and organize client projects to deliver high-quality products to a diverse group of clients
Implement and manage changes and interventions so projects are completed within the constraints of scope, cost, and time
Analyze active and upcoming team portfolio for conflicting tasks, timeline consolidation, and resource allocation
Review data and modeling results for quality and cleans, transforms, aggregates, and reports on data as needed.
Strives to support team excellence by evaluating past processes and evangelizing new approaches
Preferred Experience & Background
Experience leading a team through the data analysis life-cycle with large-scale projects and data quality management
Demonstrated examples of project management tools and methods
Proven ability communicating multiple projects to various internal and external stakeholders through verbal and written communication
Conceptual understanding of foundations of statistics and modeling (distributions, parameter estimation, confidence intervals and tests, etc.).
The ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience, both in writing and verbally
The ability to manipulate data with SQL.
Experience creating informative and engaging data visualizations
The salary for this role is $75,000/year. Blue Labs offers excellent benefits including unlimited paid leave.
