BlueLabs’ Client Solutions Team is responsible for growing and diversifying BlueLabs’ client base and revenue. We are a fast-moving group of committed individuals who work collaboratively to sell custom analytics solutions for a variety of organizational challenges and client types. We work with prospective clients from first contact through contract and program implementation, making sure they receive the information they need to make optimal decisions. We serve hundreds of leads each year, about half of which are initiated by team members and half coming from external inquiries and networks.
As the Marketing & Sales Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing BlueLabs’ marketing strategy, and providing sales support to the Client Solutions Team. You will use your marketing experience, paired with creativity and strong writing skills, to build the BlueLabs brand and strengthen its presence in advocacy, government, and business. This is an exciting, creative, and challenging role in which you will be responsible for expanding the brand and telling BlueLabs’ story.
In this position you will:
Design and facilitate BlueLabs’ marketing strategy internally, in collaboration with BlueLabs leadership, and implement that strategy externally
Create and manage company content including individual website page content, case studies, blog entries, one-pagers, and talking points
Manage company presence online including company website, social media platforms, and our Medium page
Work with graphic designer to develop graphics, website design and other needed visuals
Conduct research and outreach to conferences for speaking slots
Develop short and long term marketing goals
Track and accomplish marketing goals by leading weekly marketing meetings
Provide support to business development team including but not limited to lead research and qualification, creation of client materials, proofreading and/or copy editing proposals and other collateral
Work with the Operations team to facilitate internal marketing events and processes including brand orientation, staff events, and staff acknowledgements and celebrations
Spearhead the planning of external events including BlueLabs’ annual holiday party, anniversary events, happy hours, networking events, etc.

Worked in a marketing role in which you maintained organizational social media accounts and other marketing platforms
Experience wearing multiple hats and prioritizing competing tasks

You may also have:
2+ years of professional work experience in the commercial, marketing, or corporate analytics sector
An established network of professional connections in the marketing, public affairs, advocacy, or corporate sectors
Working knowledge of data science and technical terminology
Experience with project management
